This Data Deletion Policy explains how users of DukanApp can request deletion of their account and associated data.

DukanApp respects your privacy and gives you control over your business information.

 

Overview

 

Users of DukanApp have the right to request deletion of:

  • Account information

  • Business details

  • GST records

  • Customer records

  • Invoice history

  • Inventory data

  • Payment records

We process deletion requests in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

 

How to Request Account & Data Deletion

 

You may request deletion in the following ways:

 

✅ Option 1: Email Request

Send an email to:
📧 kewzztech@gmail.com

Include:

  • Registered mobile number

  • Registered email ID

  • Business name

  • Subject line: “Account Deletion Request”

✅ Option 2: In-App Deletion

Users may initiate deletion directly from their profile settings inside the app.

Identity verification may be required before processing.

 

What Data Will Be Deleted

 

Upon successful verification:

The following data will be permanently removed:

  • User profile information

  • Business and GST details

  • Customer data

  • Invoice & billing history

  • Inventory records

  • Stored reports

Deleted data cannot be recovered.

 

Data Retention Exceptions

 

Certain data may be retained temporarily if required for:

  • Legal compliance

  • Tax regulations

  • Fraud prevention

  • Payment dispute resolution

Such retained data will be stored securely and deleted once retention obligations expire.

 

Processing Timeline

 

  • Deletion requests are reviewed within 3–7 business days

  • Complete data removal may take up to 30 days

  • You will receive confirmation once deletion is completed

 

Subscription & Payment Note

 

Before requesting deletion:

  • Cancel active subscriptions (Google Play or Web)

  • Ensure no pending payments

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel Play Store subscriptions.

 

Backup & System Logs

 

Data stored in encrypted backups may remain temporarily until backup cycles are refreshed. These backups are securely maintained and not accessible for regular processing.
